Our Facility
Our New Facility: Bigger, Faster, Smarter
Shoreline’s new 128,479 sq. ft. expansion redefines cold storage efficiency – combining capacity, technology, and food safety under one roof. The facility is built for speed, access and reliable product handling from dock to shipment.
Expanded Capacity, Greater Efficiency
Come on inside! We’ve grown from 7,000 to 19,982 pallet positions – increasing storage capacity to roughly 12,000 tons of temperature-controlled product.
Designed for People and Performance
Supporting our operations is a dedicated office area with driver services, an inspection room, conference space, and employee facilities – everything needed to keep people and product moving.
Protected by Advanced Fire Safety
An ESFR Dry TYCO Quell System (a fire suppression system engineered for cold storage) safeguards every zone – ensuring our people, product, and facility are protected and compliant.

Data in Motion
Our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and EDI platforms integrate seamlessly with customer systems – delivering real-time tracking, automated order flow, and full cold chain transparency.
From Truck to Rack: Engineered for Performance
Shoreline’s cold storage is purpose-built for high performance – maintaining temperatures as low as -10°F in the freezer and 40°F on the dock to protect product integrity through every step of handling.
Optimized Racking, Maximum Flexibility
Our modern racking system combines single select, 3-deep, and 4-deep push-back configurations to maximize density without sacrificing accessibility. Pallet openings (76", 82", and 96") accommodate a wide range of product sizes and packaging formats.
Sealed Tight: Cold Air In, Warm Air Out
Foam dock shelters (10’ x 10.5’) and indoor trailer door openings prevent temperature loss during loading, ensuring cold chain integrity from truck to rack.
Energy-Efficient & Environmentally Responsible
Sustainability was a driving force behind Shoreline’s expansion. We’ve built a more efficient facility with a smaller carbon footprint – an advancement our customers can proudly share as part of their own environmental commitment.
Cooling Smarter, Running Cleaner
At the heart of Shoreline’s operation is a transcritical CO refrigeration system that powers both freezer and dock zones. This advanced system replaces traditional refrigerants with natural CO – offering a global warming potential (GWP) of just 1 – a fraction of the environmental impact
