About Shoreline
Shoreline Freezers was founded in 1996 to provide cold storage services to the seafood and agricultural business sectors. Our location in Bridgeton, New Jersey makes Shoreline a convenient location for companies that unload products on the north and south Jersey shore or in the ports of Philadelphia and Baltimore. With fast access to major highways, our customers ship product efficiently from here throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern market areas.
The Shoreline team brings many years of cold storage experience to meeting the needs of our customers. Led by General Manager Gene Taormina, several members of the staff have over 20 years of service to Shoreline. Collectively, there is a can-do attitude and an attention to detail that adds up to better service for our customers.
The current Shoreline Freezers facility has 9 dock doors, 7,000 pallet positions and a storage capacity of 12,000 tons. We are a Safe Quality Food (SQF) certified facility meeting the rigorous standards of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
In 2026, we will complete a significant expansion project that will increase our pallet positions to 20,000 and the facility’s total square footage to 128,000. The new operation will have the most modern cold storage and warehousing technology and will position Shoreline to serve your product distribution needs along the East Coast.
